It will be more original than the last version. And a lot more simple. We are still going to allow you to be friends with people, but it won’t be a key emphasis. Emphasis will be focused on Trainer-to-client relations, and on delivering daily workouts in a better format, coupled with video.

I would like to be able to track my Nike Plus, Garmin Trek, and other tools on the site!
Garmin and Nike Plus, maybe even some mapmyrun on there. Or I'll just go to those places.

We will implement this in later versions of the site as our programmer learns the various API’s for these tools, but definitely expect this in later versions!

This will be a key emphasis on your profile page. We will have a system that will allow you to select the workout varieties of your liking, and deliver you workouts coupled with video each day, to be a starting point for your gym trip.

Include an extensive calendar of local events.
I'd suggest including Roanoke, Salem and Vinton. A calendar of all sporting events that one could join into, especially local races
